Casa muito confortável e excelente localização
O imóvel está localizado em um condomínio de alto nível, com segurança 24h. Muito bom para quem procura sossego e conforto. A praia fica a 10 minutos a pé. Comércio local com shopping center, mercado, farmácia e padaria a menos de 2km do local. O proprietário, sr. Márcio é muito simpático e extremamente atencioso em todos os detalhes. Recomendo e voltarei outras vezes.

Gostamos muito!!!
Tivemos um pequeno problema com os chuveiros da casa, mas a seguradora foi acionada e resolveu rapidamente. Casa confortável, atendeu todas as nossas expectativas. Condominio muito bom também. Porteiros e zelador da piscina extremamente simpaticos e atenciosos.
