The property was clean and in a safe area. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was nicely appointed. The only negative issue I found, was one of the knobs was missing fron the right side bifold door to the bathroom. I would think management would have addressed that immediately.

Quiet area. The ratings for this area were not up to par as portrayed in ratings. There is room for improvement in cleanliness. The walls are paper thin and smells carry.

If I didn't know better I would say this is a hooker hotel. Noise in the other rooms and hallways all night long. And it wasn't always talking. Then we were throwing some trash away and the evidence in the outside trash can was enough for me. Our room door has to be lifted to latch shut. Other than that it was a nice hotel.

Staff was very rude when I checked in did not greet nor speak nicely, I called ahead to see if it was possible to check in earlier and he said yes because they had rooms available, upon arrival the girl behind the desk asked my last name and then proceeded to say that I needed to wait till she was done with departures. I came back after an Hour and she was on her cellphone making a personal call and guy that helped me was upset because I was checking in earlier and I mentioned I had called and asked if it was ok he did not care that I did so. Entire hotel smelled like weed and it’s a “smoke free hotel “ !!! Rooms need major updates!!!! restrooms as well it was black and dirty broken shower head and doors have no locks for restroom. Beds look like they are full instead of queen size and the headboard hits you in when you lay down.
