Our beachfront apartment is located in the heart of Juan Dolio, at the condominium Marbella.

Juan Dolio is a small & safe town in which you can find lots of restaurants, mini markets and a golf course during your vacations. Very close from the unit you will find a car rental and gas stations as well.

➜ *SNOWBIRD* Snowbird Season is December through March on a monthly basis. The monthly rate for December-January is at a premium of $2300 p/ month plus fees. The monthly rate for February and March is $2000 per month, but Dec. & Jan & Feb can be reserved together for the standard rate of $2000 p/ month plus fees. Snowbird Rentals can be booked online & are subject to an additional cleaning fee.

➜ Renters staying 7 nights or more are responsible for the electrical bill. The meter will be read at the check in and check out. A $200 US refundable deposit will be charged before check in.
