DESCRIPTION OF THE ACCOMMODATION
- The entry includes: a tablet with documentation on the region, a parasol (for the outdoor table) and a vacuum cleaner.
- The dining area is equipped with: a convertible sofa (type BZ)
- The bedroom is composed: a 140 x 200 bed, 2 night tables, a dressing room. The bedroom is large enough to accommodate a travel cot.
- The bathroom is equipped with: a shower cubicle, a sink with furniture and a toilet. Maintenance products are stored in the bathroom.
- The exterior has a fenced garden. It is equipped with a sandbox, a toy chest for children and a clothes horse.
- The accommodation is on one level with a wooden terrace equipped with a garden furniture (1 table and 4 chairs) and 2 deckchairs.
- Childcare equipment can be made available on request (cot with mattress, booster cube for meals, WC or potty reducer, small bathtub, changing table).

HOUSEHOLD LINEN
- Linen is not provided (except shower mat and toilet paper).

CAR PARK
The accommodation is located at the end of a dead end, there is no problem to park even with a large vehicle.

UNAUTHORIZED
Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation.
Pets are not allowed.

The Arcachon bay is the ideal place for lovers of cycling, seafood and farniente.

Oyster farming has long been one of the treasures of the Arcachon basin. The numerous oyster villages make Gujan Mestras a picturesque place where you can taste delicious oysters.

The Pyla dune is a living natural space, offering breathtaking views of the ocean from its 104 m and 2.7 km long. Come climb the highest dune in Europe ... guaranteed sensations !!

The city of Gujan Mestras consists of 7 ports. It also invites you to discover its oyster museum, its many amusement parks (Aqualand, La coccinelle, Kid Park, Accrobranches), its golf course, its casino and its bowling alley.

Lac de la Madeleine will reserve donkey rides, mini-boat rides and play areas for children. It will provide everyone with space for picnics under the pines.

For lovers of wilderness, the descent of the Leyre, in a canoe kayak will make you discover a unique and relaxing environment.

With a great diversity of birds, the Teich ornithological park is appreciated by adults and children.

Numerous cycle paths are present with, among other things, the "velodyssey" 1400 km long including 42 km around the basin. You can also discover a signposted coastal course, the pool to practice on foot or by bike.

Finally, "transbassins" links (accessible to bikes) are provided by sea shuttles located at the port of Arcachon to discover all the beauties of the Basin: the bird island and its Tchanquées huts, the cap ferret, the dune of Pyla and the Banc d'Arguin.
