Within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, mini golf, activities, festivals, and the main public beach. Quick and easy drive to other local attractions including Gulf State Park, Gulf Shores Zoo, Waterville USA, outlet shopping, OWA Amusement Park, etc.

Nice little place
Not a fancy place but nice clean good neighborhood close to the beach and everything you go to gulf shores for. Big hit for us was being able to take our pup. Only draw back was the stickers in the yard. Id stay there again.

Location is GREAT. Everything you need is in walking distance. We stayed the weekend and only used our car once and that was because we wanted to eat dinner in orange beach. Communication was a little slow but I really didn't need anything once I read the ENTIRE check in message the owner sent me. Would definitely stay here again. Once negative thing is the TV in bed room only has apps no local channels to watch football game lol

Gulf Shores vacation
Stayed a week; went to beach and to restaurants to have fresh seafood. Sone of the our favorites include Steamers, Luna’s. Enjoyed Tanger outlet mall and the wharf. We will be back. Thanks for allowing us to rent your duplex.

We loved how close this house is to the beach! You don’t have to worry about beach parking because it’s just a couple blocks away. We walked to the beach every morning, and we walked to a few restaurants in the evenings!

Location, location, location. Can't ask for better location!! Short walk to the beach, a couple of blocks to the heart of Gulf Shores-The Hangout, shops and restaurants...etc. The place is very clean and comfortable. All the stuff we used were in good working order. We didn't cook or use the washer and dryer so I can't comment on those. Owner/manager was quick to respond when we have questions. Overall a very pleasant stay!!

Great vacation
We loved staying here, it had everything we needed! We loved that the house was stocked with books, magazines, games, and puzzles, so on downtime we had something to do while watching TV. The outside shower was an awesome bonus! We love the location, it was down the road from a dollar general and very close to the beach. We wanted to stay in a place that was more in a neighborhood as supposed to a condo. We didnt want to be in the middle of the crazy or busy with alot of people or traffic. The beds were really comfortable and we slept very well the whole time we stayed. There was plenty of extra blankets if needed. The only thing I can think of that could possibly be added is maybe a small skillet, because there was 2 bigger ones. But really that's not a big deal, its depended on what people prefer. And we spent 6$ at the dollar general and bought a new one that we brought home and can take with us on our next trip, The kitchen was very well stocked with all you need to cook with. We actually expected to have less so it was nice how much was in the kitchen to use! It made it feel like home away from home. The little bissell that was by the washer and dryer was great for picking up sand that we dragged in from the beach. We really found this property to be perfect for my family of 4 and we are trying to plan another trip to Gulf Shores, AL and planning to return back to this same rental, (hopefully yearly at least!) The property manager was great and responded with any questions we had even the small silly ones! We look forward to coming back to this property, it really is a gem!
