This is a classic beach cottage at it's best! Enjoy a relaxing vacation in this quaint cottage close to everything Gulf Shores has to offer. Located in the heart of Gulf Shores in close proximity to the popular Hangout and newly improved Gulf Place. Public beach access is a short, easy walk - about a block away across the street (light and crosswalk). Restaurants, ice cream shops, mini golf, shopping, and other Gulf Shores attractions located just blocks away. Gulf State Park Fishing Pier 1 mile away. The cottage is 2 bedroom/1 bath and accommodates 4 guests. Fully equipped kitchen. Outdoor grill. Washer and Dryer. 2 smart tv's. There is a beach market across the street for last minute items. Pets considered (up to 2 dogs) with owner's prior approval and fee.

Great private cozy cottage
We were thoroughly pleased with the house. The only thing it didn't have was a wine corkscrew. No biggie. Good size yard for our fur buddy. Easy access to everything. Will definitely return.

Perfect size and location
The small house was exactly what my husband and I needed. We were in Golf shores to watch our daughter play in a tournament and want something bigger than a hotel room and a kitchen, but nothing too big as we wouldn’t be spending much time there. Location was perfect - beach, restaurants, shops and attractions were walkable!

House nightmare
Property seemed okay upon arrival, but during our stay furnace went out 3 times (and it was cold) and took 5 maintenance visits to fix. Very inconvenient when we had to remove dogs from premises each time. Then the electricity went out several times and we felt unsafe. Owner was able to relocate us to another property which actually was nicer than original house but having to move near the end of our stay was inconvenient. No reimbursement of rental was offered.

Great Place in Gulf Shores
We would definitely stay here again. The home is exactly as pictured. Extremely clean with comfortable beds and furniture. Two decks for sitting and relaxing - loved the back deck and so did our dog. The best feature is the location - close to the beach, grocery store and a plethora of restaurants. Don’t be afraid to book this one - you won’t be disappointed.

Very nice. Small but was perfect for our short stay.
Very clean. Great location. Perfect for a short stay. It is a Very small but cute cottage. Do not walk in the yard because of sand stickers. It was perfect for a quick weekend get away. I do wish we could have booked through the actual owner, because through VRBO it was double the price.

Hubby just had surgery so we decided to get away for a few days. It was nice. Close to the beach. The only thing was, there was street work being done at the end of the street so, it got quite noisey at times. We went in jan so, some days quite chilly so we just went for nice drives and lunch/dinner. Overall we had a nice time. And the owner was easy to communicate with.

Nice, clean accommodations - some issues but overall got what we expected. When booked, description indicated there was a hot tub but there was not. That was a disappointment!! There was an issue getting ballgame we wanted to watch (CBS) on live tv. Had some streaming options but no cable tv. Kitchen had all utinsels and cookware but nothing in the way of supplies (salt, pepper, etc). Refrigerator had ice trays but ice maker did not work. Would rent again but knowing what to expect next time around. Great location!

House needs deep cleaning. Bathroom window has mold. We actually took up the dirty living room rug and rinsed it off. There’s some electrical issues. Microwave and clothes dryer didn’t work. The kitchen light didn’t work either.
