Cozy Cottage in the Heart of Gulf Shores

Updated beach cottage suited for couples or a small family in the heart of Gulf Shores. Conveniently located in walking distance to main public beach access, popular restaurants, shopping, mini golf, ice cream, etc.! The cottage sleeps up to 4 guests. There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a full bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with full sized appliances and kitchenware. Enjoy a meal or relaxing on the outdoor sun deck. Smart Tv's in bedrooms and living room.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

* Free guest parking - room to park 3 vehicles on site.
* Amenities include free WIFI, 3 smart tv's, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor deck with picnic table, charcoal grill.
* Linens come furnished, but please bring your own beach towels.
* Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom.

Perfect!
This place was PERFECT for myself and two of my teenagers. Not too big or too small. Excellent location. Absolutely adorable! Wish there was another bedroom and bathroom and I’d bring our whole family! Plenty of parking space, and a good size yard.

Place was just as the pictures and super cute. Within walking distance of the festival and the beach. The only downside was they made the streets into one ways and this street was actually the main one everyone came down. But this is only because of the festival and not the owners fault.

PERFECT FOR HONEYMOON
My wife and I booked for our honeymoon. It is the perfect size for a couple or even a small family. We enjoyed the location! Just a minute walk to restaurants/stores. It also was SUPER clean when we arrived! Outdoor shower is perfect for after long beach days. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here! 10/10

We enjoyed our 4 night stay. The location was convenient walking distance to beach, restaurants, and stores. Walk to the beach was an easy 5 minute walk. The yard was big enough for our dog to run. I would have liked to have a couple of extra towels. Overall it was great and I would stay here again. Thank you!

The clean well stocked cottage is located 5-10 minute walk from Gulf Shores Beach and located by a lot of restaurants. We needed a place for out crew cab pickup and 6 x12 enclosed trailer. Easily fit in the driveway. We would stay here again

Great property
Great little property! Short walking distance to beach and shops. Quick responses and great communication with the owner! Highly recommend this property! If you enjoy fishing, head over to Alabama point and cast near the pylons. Caught some nice redfish over there in the evening time on cut mullet.

Truly a “COZY” Cottage in a GREAT location!
This property is very clean and has everything you need for an awesome stay! The kitchen had great appliances and the cabinets and drawers were fully stocked with anything you might need. There were 3 nice smart tv’s and the beds slept really good. The shower was always hot with super flow. Outside there is a big deck with a nice picnic table. We brought our own sun umbrella and a couple of bag chairs for extra comfort. The host is super sweet and quick to respond to questions. The location is perfect and within a very short walking distance to the beach, parks, and a ton of bars and restaurants. Highly recommend.

I really enjoyed this quaint little house near the beach. It was close to many activities, beach, bars, restaurants and stores. The only suggestion, I would have, is the floors needed a good sweeping and mopping (we never went to the beach because of the rain) and the quilts on the bed were not fresh, but I would return. This home is perfect for 2 to 4 people. It is about 10 min walk from the door to the water's edge. The property manager was easy to work with. My daughter and I felt safe and enjoyed our stay.
