This Beautiful exclusive 7th floor condo has the most breath taking views of the Gulf of Mexico in all of the Fort Morgan area, or as the locals call it “The Island.”

This condo offers wireless internet and large screen smart TVs, to watch your favorite ball games or movies while you relax after a busy day spent on the white sandy beaches exploring the Historic Fort Morgan area and nature preserve. After you have settled in and relaxed you will need to take advantage of the areas local attractions.

There are two championship golf courses one 18 hole course and a 27 hole course within a fifteen minute drive that will test any golfers skill level from beginner to professional. There are also biking and walking lanes/trails for the outdoor enthusiast, or you can just walk down the street to the local Marina which offers daily fishing charters, jet ski and kayak rentals and enjoy a relaxed meal at the restaurant and watch the sunset!

Also don’t forget to take the family back into town before you leave and enjoy the many attractions such as the water parks, movie theaters, shopping malls, restaurants, surf shops and anything else that suits your fancy.

I can’t say enough good things about this property! JSK rentals was extremely responsive with all communication. Access to the private beach is wonderful. We absolutely love the location. Ft Morgan is certainly a little more isolated from gulf shores, but we appreciate that, and the 20 minute drive into town isn’t too bad. Amazing view will stay again! Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed the dunes 705! It was our first time in Fort Morgan but it won’t be our last. The walk to the beach was a little further than expected but my husband also wanted to be further down the beach, away from the crowd, so he could get the most out of his fishing license. The condo was clean and very comfortable. Had everything we needed. Loved the keurig option. The views were absolutely beautiful. We’ll definitely be back again!

Wonderful cozy condo with beautiful view!
The condo was spotless! I’m talking baseboards too! Condo is decorated so cute. We had everything we needed for our stay. Towels, linens, blankets. Lots of room on the balcony with a beautiful view of the Gulf. It’s a little walk to the beach, but no big deal. It was only my spouse and I, but a family of 6 would be comfortable with ease. Kids would love the bunk beds. Easy drive to Gulf shores and a couple of Dollar Generals close by. Definitely would come back! Thanks!

Bumpy start
It started off stressful because we couldn’t contact the host to get the codes. We had stopped by the grocery store and had a car full of food and it took VRBO to give us a good number to contact the host. We didn’t get in until 40 minutes after our start time. Yes we got apologies but after a 17 hour drive with stopped traffic for multiple accidents we just wanted to put our feet up and look at the ocean so it was quite stressful but after that everything else was smooth.

Very nice unit with a great view. Perfect space for us (couple) and our teen who loved his “hallway hideout.” We didn’t realize how far it was from most activity, but that’s on us. Just know it’s a 15 minute drive to the nearest coffee shop and about 25 minutes to town. Not bad if you’re looking for a quiet getaway!

Perfect stay with amazing views
This was exactly what we were hoping for! Beautiful condo, very comfortable furnishings, amazing views, and just a few minutes walk from the beach. The carpet in the living area and bedroom made it extra comfortable. The beach was incredible. Not too crowded and it was fun to swim with so many fish. We even had a pod of dolphins swim by about 20 feet from us. Communication with the host was excellent as well. Can’t recommend this place enough!

We had such a great time! I think the property is better than the pictures make it seem. Traveled with my 3 kiddos and one is 6 months. The carpet was so nice to have. We enjoyed our stay so much and look forward to more trips to Fort Morgan!

All went to plan, communication with the owner was no problem, only issues we really had was not to do with the property but the sand flies were a menace, and they are building a new house only a few feet away and the workers start at 7am and nail guns going off all day,, the view was delightful, weather, we missed the hurricane and okay was windy but that didn't matter to us, you need to know your at the end of the peninsula and every drive in to town is a total of almost 40 miles but there are 2 stores that carry the basics, I knew this so it wasn't a problem. room was very nice and clean, ok being very fussy the baseboards were dusty but they are in my house too lol but loved it and would recommend the room to anyone I know, it was where I wanted and what I needed, Thank you PS the owners of the complex need to fix the roof at the front from previous storm damage before it becomes a problem.
