Black mold
We had a horrible experience and we have pictures. The condo is infested with black mold. I have asthma and use an inhaler and I am very sensitive to black mold. I sent an email when we located the mold and they told me to go to the front desk. They sent someone to clean it and they didn’t clean it all. So they didn’t take my health issues seriously. I have pictures of after they cleaned as well. I would like to know who I file a complaint with. Im probably going to be seeing a doctor when I get home because I can feel the fluid in my chest. It was the worst I had seen even in the air vents.

Short family trip
The check in was easy and they let us check in early around 2:00. The hotel was very clean and everyone (staff) was super friendly. The only problem we had was that they did not provide us with any blankets for or rooms. We went down to the front desk the first night and asked for some and were told they didn’t have any. They asked us to ask again the next day. We went down again the next morning and they said they would let housekeeping know. Housekeeping came by later in the day and only had one blanket available. We had 4 beds. Luckily we had a few of our own small blankets that we brought for the long car ride. Our hot water heater also made loud noises but it wasn’t too bothersome. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but if we had not had our own blankets it would have not been pleasant.

The property was nice. It was clean and right on the beach. The space is small but perfect for 3 people. Fully stocked kitchen. The only thing needed is food and swimsuits.

Everything was great except for the size of the bunk beds. We had a 16 year old guest who even had trouble fitting in the bunk beds. They are meant for kids, so would think about that before having 4 adults in the room.

Good location
Good room with friendly service. Hotel is on the beach and close to restaurants and shops. The restaurant next door, Bahama Bob’s, had great food and service. Would stay at the Phoenix All Star Suite West location again.

The room was adequate for our needs but was not clean. The couch and chair were very dirty. There was toothpaste running down the bathroom door and the tub was full of sand. Not ideal but it did meet our needs. The bunks were also very short which was not advertised. No one over 5’6” could sleep in them.

Everything was great except the smell. I used air freshner to neutralize the smell. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars on overall. Host was fast responsive and it was clean. Great view from the high floor
