The company was in constant contact to make sure that we understood how the rental worked. We were able to check in with no contact, and our unit was available early. The unit was comfortable and clean. Everyone we encountered was so friendly. This is a family friendly place. Access to and views of the beach were lovely!

Awful experience
We were told all rooms had same code so if we couldn’t find ours just grab the next one. We ended up propping a chair up against the door so we would hear if someone came in. It was dirty and outdated and there was mold in the bathroom. We booked a new hotel immediately we only slept there one night because we were too tired. Do not go here. Bunk beds are tiny and no one over the age of 8 could really use them. Front desk worker was rude as well.

First time staying there and will definitely be back! We stayed in 1003 it was amazing! The view was incredible!! My best friend asked me to marry him, on a night walk on the beach so I know exactly where we will be going on our honeymoon!!

I loved the area and the access to the beach. We had to go down to the office several times because I never got the notification that the room was ready, never received my welcome packet with my wifi code in it. The office staff was not the friendliest. Other than that, I do recommend this facility. The room was clean and exactly like the picture.

Property was great…security team makes things feel safe. Right on the beach. Elevators are a little issue as cleaning staff feels like they take priority in using them instead of guests. Cleaning staff not friendly. Only one elevator working. Communication with company was great through texting and answering any question we had. Would stay here again. Parking was easy on this property.

Great location, and excellent room too! Check-in was easy and communication from the front office was awesome. This was our first trip to Gulf Shores, but won’t be the last. Really enjoyed the views, and local dining options. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our morning coffee out on the balcony, while overlooking the beach and ocean. The weather wasn’t as calm, but it was a ver relaxing stay! Staff was very welcoming, and available when needed. Definitely made the stay more memorable and enjoyable.

The room was exactly as described, beautiful ocean front balcony view, comfy king bed. The only bad thing was the door code didn’t work when we checked in for either suite & took multiple resets to open one, however the staff was diligent to get it reset & apologize multiple times.
