Second-floor walk-up that is bright, spacious, and welcoming. You can walk to the beach from this lovely private neighborhood. Two pools, a playground, a "kid" pool with zero entry, and a wading area are available in this gated community. Two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo in the complex's front, close to the front pool unit. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the guest bedroom has two queen-size beds. Each room has a sound system and smart TV. Complete with new furniture, appliances, and paintings. Pack-n-play and children's games/toys in every bedroom, along with USB charging stations. Wagons for pool and beach supplies (chairs, toys, floats), a personal balcony, and a private garage for one vehicle.
