We ask, if possible upon checkout, a few housekeeping things be taken care of:

-Please leave all used linen/towels on the floor in a pile for the cleaner to grab.
-Please clean your dishes prior to your departure.
-Please pick up after yourself and ensure all belongings are packed. There will be a service charge if we have to mail any items to you.
-Please notify the host of any broken items so we can fix it before the following guest arrives.

HOT TUB RULES:
-SHOWER OR BATHE WITH SOAP BEFORE ENTERING HOT TUB.
(Body oils, lotions, make-up, etc can destroy the Hot Tub and Hot Tubs aren't cheap.)
-Do Not Enter The Hot Tub If You Feel Sick
-Do Not Get Hot Tub Water In Your Mouth Or Swallow It
-Maximum Occupancy Of Hot Tub is 6 People.
-Do Not Consume Alcohol Before or During Hot Tub Use.
-If Pregnant, Consult a Physician Before Hot Tub Use.
-Do Not Allow Children 5ys Old or Younger Use Of Hot Tub
