Housekeeping and staff were good but room wasn’t too clean.Stayed in a family room with partner and kids for two nights who all left our shoes outside,but after walking around inside barefoot we noticed how dirty the carpets were when everyone’s feet were stained black from the dirty carpet.

Easy to find. Parking free and easy to access Management phoned to check progress Very good sized room. Well stocked with extra blankets and pillows. Good supply of tea and coffee Nice clean pool. Table and chairs outside each upstairs room. Only complaint Management or cleans entered room while we were still in residence without knocking or asking.

Great in Gunnedah
Very conveniently situated on the outskirts of Gunnedah. Yes a little noisy with traffic going past but the room was quiet, spacious and comfortable. It was clean and a toaster, kettle and fridge made oir stay enjoyable. We ate at the Station hotel. Great food and reasonably priced. Within walking distance of the Overlander
