The room service was expensive and the food was just alright. The staff were nice and attentive. Except I was told I wasn't allow to sit to smoke but had to stand. It was late in the evening and there was no other guest around. Be prepared for a deposit of about 2 million dong in cash or on credit card.

The hotel is new and modern. All staffs are nice and friendly. Only complaint is our room on the 8th floor is not sound proof you could hear all the conversations outside in the hallway when you are trying to get some sleep. Location is a little further out from central area.

Gorgeous hotel. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds, beautiful views. Great location to tour the city of Halong from. Buffet breakfast was really good. Hotel staff helpful in arranging taxi.

Very high end hotel in Ha Long. Extremely comfortable rooms, spacious with incredible views. Friendly staff. Food is fantastic. Beautiful place to stay before our cruise on the Ha Long Bay

Excellent experience staying at Best Western Sapphire. Beautiful view, great staff, lovely food in Hotel Restaurant. Still very quiet in Halong area, I think due to Covid, but is definitely coming back to life.

Very nice hotel and staff. However, the construction noise around is very loud. Kind of far away from other shops and restaurants. Not much to do in the area.

Trevligt med hög standard
Modernt och trevligt hotell med hög servicenivå. Rummen mycket välutrustade och rymliga. Här finns allt man behöver för en bekväm vistelse. Medarbetarna mycket hjälpsamma och var till stor hjälp när det gällde att hitta restauranger och ordna transporter. Rekommenderas starkt!

Ok hotel but service from the staff was terrible..
Spacy rooms, nothing special in terms of facilities and surroundings. Funny with a small kitchen, but no pots, pans, plates etc. Hotel staff not service minded at all, and we had to argue in order to get an extra blanket to our grown up kids, who had to share a double bed. Neither helpful in regards to getting a taxi to a cruise that we had booked in advance, until we agreed to pay extra.

Wow!!! Juste Wow! On est servis comme des rois les lieux sont magnifiques, l’emplacement et parfait. Le personnel est hyper attentionné. Le déjeuner vaut la peine d’être pris, il y a vraiment beaucoup de choix et c’est délicieux. Les piscines sont magnifiques et propre. Le lieu est calme et reposant. La chambre est grande et la vue sur la baie est très belle. Nous avons ajouté une nuit de plus parce que nous ne voulions pas quitter!
