The Hotel is brand new! Very clean probably because it is still so new August 2024 is when this is written. There are very few guest here at this time as well so the staff definitely outnumbered the guest (at least this is what it felt like).
Sauna and pool were excellent. The pool is as the photos depicts it. The rooms are in mint condition, the shower and bathrooms are very clean and very modern. Again everything seems brand new.
Check in staff was prompt, spoke well enough english and was very accommodating. Airport shuttle cost money and it was more then just taking a grab to nearest airport so we opted for the grab instead.
The condition of the place was great. Breakfast was good. Western options and Vietnamese options. Not the best selection but good enough. Sauna was and jacuzzi was included in the price and in perfect condition. Also gym was good as well at no extra charge.
This was the reason we originally booked here, because another reviewer from 2023 made the same comment and I figured it couldn’t have changed much since then.
However the only negative is everything else was a charge. And the prices are almost close to western prices. Although they have a good happy hour deal when we were there, buy 1 cocktail get one free from 3pm to 8pm. This is the only negative.
