施設、環境はすごく良かったのですが夜中に空調が故障し部屋交換になった際、ホテルの方は受け付けでの対応のみで部屋移動やキー交換は自分たちで全てやらなければなりませんでした。不測の事態だとは思いますがホテルの方が部屋まで来て対応するのが普通だと思いますので評価下げさせて頂きました。
