Very nice hotel. Clean and really comfy bed. Loved the size of the bathroom and the shower. Breakfast was good. A little disappointed that they charge $20 to park your car, especially when there is no where else to put it because you are in the downtown core and the area around is a little sketchy.

We arrived early and asked for an early check in and told our room was not ready, They said they would call when it would be ready, we never did receive the call. The staff where not very helpful or friendly, the hotel was clean and the breakfast was very good.

Not the best service. :(
Honestly the hotel is pretty good, however the service was not good. For whatever reason our room was not made up 2 days in a row. The first day we requested towels and had to wait 2 hours to get them-this is an issue when you are waiting to have a shower. The second day upon return from our day, we called down to get our room cleaned, then we had to leave to do this which wasn’t great at the end of a tiring day. The breakfast is exceptional and better than most complimentary hotel breakfasts.

The stay was fine. There was an issue with the door lock not working upon our return from breakfast. If we had a tour to catch it would have been missed. Maintenance staff was great and was able to finally open the door.

Easy check in, location, secure parking, breakfast options were good. Downside was the inconveniences in the bathroom- hand soap dispenser so far on the wall from the sink. Extremely low toilet more suitable for a daycare than a hotel room. Also we were staying for two days and bathroom only had two towels. I sent a message thru the hotel email but never heard back.

charged more than Hotels.com quoted us and had no proof of the quote. Also in second morning my husband saw a mouse come out if the kitchen. area. The sighting if the mouse was also confirmed by an employee with my husband. We did not eat breakfast there after that. stay was for 3 nights .
