The space
This one of a kind property is a little over 3000sq/ft,. The main house, which took 3 years to build is built into a hillside, allowing you to be well above sea level, giving every room breathtaking ocean views.

Open concept family room, kitchen & dining nook open to the front deck with sunken 10x20 heated pool. The pool Is open until September 11.
The kitchen boasts quartz surfaces, built in appliances, gas cooktop, center island with breakfast bar.

One level has a spacious guest suite with sitting room, full bath & private balcony.

Another flex level is an office & features a full bath as well as a wet bar. You have access to a desktop computer and photocopier for all your business needs.

The upper suite opens up to the harbour and boasts a private side deck with hot tub. The 4 pc ensuite features double sinks & separate tiled rainfall shower room with floor to ceiling windows that maintain complete privacy while providing a luxurious nature filled spa experience.

The brand new wharf and boathouse are located directly on Halifax Harbour, and come equipped with plenty of seating which is perfect for watching those million dollar sunsets!

Please note that PARTIES are not permitted at this property. We also do not allow corporate gatherings, weddings, bachelor parties, birthday parties, movie shoots or anything similar. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests, (at all times) unless pre-approved by the host.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property, apart from the master bedroom closet(which will be used as storage for personal items during rentals). Furthermore the boats are NOT included in the rental for insurance and liability reasons. Please do not ask, the answer will always be no.

The garage will also not be available during the reservation. We will access the garage from the exterior for winter maintenance of the driveway.

When requesting to book, please confirm your intended use of the property. We are very strict on the no party policy and guests who do not respect this policy will have their reservation terminated without refund.

The property is monitored by a private security company to prevent violations of our no party policy.
