Nice apartment in Hamburg and a good location
We're there for a marine show at the Messe. Nice apartment with good access to shops etc. Is actually a 1 bed apartment with 3 single beds but you can sleep in the lounge.

Spacious and close to metro, but poor furnishings
The check in was very easy and the apartment was very clean. This property was very spacious for a 1 bedroom, but beds and couches are all particle board meaning the creak with every movement and seem very flimsy. Also it is close to a metro, but it is not a very active neighborhood, nor close to landmarks.

Good location, but that's it
The location is good and the check-in process smooth, however the flat is uncomfortable as the beds are quite bad (all single beds, uncomfortable and very noisy at the slightest movement). The living room/kitchen has no sofa, only 2 beds plus dining table, and is very dark even during the day. Bathroom and shower are good. Terrace looks nice but with Hamburg weather, may not be super useful most of the year...

emplacement près du métro. Propre et spacieux. Ne pas claquer la porte de l'entrée ou de la terrasse avec les clés à l'intérieur sinon on reste à l'extérieur sans possibilité de rentrer.

Der Vorgang mit Beschreibung etc. hat sehr gut funktioniert. Das Parken in der Tiefgarage ist schon sehr eng, mit einem größeren SUV wird es wohl schwierig, Kombi ging aber ohne Probleme. Übergabe Schlüssel etc. ist gut beschrieben und hat ohne Probleme funktioniert. Die Wohnung hat im Grunde alles was man benötigt. Die Stühle sind schon recht abgesessen, hatte uns aber nicht gestört. Ein Bett knarzt sehr stark beim Umdrehen. Aber die Wohnung war sehr sauber und insgesamt gepflegt! Wir können die Wohnung für einen Wochenendtrip auf alle Fälle empfehlen! Die Anbindung mit der SBahn ist binnen 5min zu erreichen und damit ideal für den Weg in Richtung Stadtzentrum.

Die Wohnung ist funktionell eingerichtet. Die Küchenzeile war gut ausgestatt. Es fehlt an Gemüthlickeit und die Stühle sind stark benutzt. Die Lage Nähe dem Bf Holstenstraße bietet eine gute Verkehsanbindung an die Öffis.

Zweckmäßige, gut gelegene Wohnung. Man hat alles was man braucht und die Wohnung ist sehr sauber. Einfacher Check in, wir fanden die Tiefgarage gar nicht so eng, haben allerdings auch nur einen Berlingo. Insgesamt waren wir gut zufrieden. Wenn überhaupt Kritik dann nur das die Betten sehr einfach sind und teilweise beim umdrehen sehr knacken.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
Es war so wie beschrieben und für den von uns geplanten Kurztrip absolut ausreichend. Wir waren viel in der Stadt unterwegs ohne Auto und dafür war die Anbindung an die Öffis echt Klasse. Sie war etwas spärlich eingerichtet, dafür konnte die Unterkunft aber mit Sauberkeit und einer ruhigen Lage Punkten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr karge und lieblose Wohnung
Die Lage war recht zentral. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, sauber und die Matratzen gut. Ausstattung der Wohnung lieblos, es gab bei 3 Betten keinen Nachttisch und keine Lampe am Bett. 2 Betten im Wohnbereich. Zu wenig Stauraum für Wäsche. Bei Bedienung des Toasters sprang jedesmal die Sicherung heraus. Sehr gut war allerdings die Kommunikation mit der Agentur, die Antworten kamen immer sehr schnell.Fazit: überteuerte ungemütliche Wohnung, für den Preis hätten wir wesentlich mehr erwartet.

Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung im Herzen von Altona
Wir haben unseren kurzen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es reichlich Möglichkeiten auswärts Essen zu gehen oder aber auch in einer der Bars den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Supermärkte und Bäcker sind ebenso wie die S-Bahn Station und Bushaltestellen in Laufweite. Wer das Musical Mama Mia anschauen möchte hat hier die ideale Unterkunft. Die Wohnung liegt von der Hauptstraße etwas zurück gezogen, wodurch sie ruhig ist. Allerdings hat man deswegen nur zu einer Richtung Fenster, was die Wohnung etwas dunkel macht. Einziges Manko war die Sparsamkeit bei Hand- und Geschirrtüchern.

Die Betten knarren leider extrem laut, man wacht ständig auf. In der Umgebung viele Junkies. Den gemieteten Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage zu nutzen, ist unfassbar schwierig- die Rechtskurve in die Garage hinunter hat unser normaler Golf kaum geschafft, so eng! Und als wir, anweisungsgemäß, vorsichtig die Auffahrt hinabgefahren waren, schloss sich das Tor direkt vor uns wieder…zum Glück konnte einer von uns noch gerade so aussteigen, die Auffahrt wieder hochlaufen und den Schlüssel ganz vorne wieder ins Schloss stecken, um das Rolltor wieder zu öffnen. Nie wieder da rein! Ein Alptraum. Ansonsten Wohnung eigentlich schön und geräumig. Ausstattung gut und sauber. Auch die kleine Terrasse ist schön. Gute Verkehrsanbindung. Die Betten entweder austauschen oder überarbeiten! So besoffen kann man gar nicht sein, dass man das Knarren überhört, wenn man sich oder andere sich umdrehen.
