Great place for short trips
No reception at the property, you have to call to get instructions on how to get in after arrival. Room was ok. Big plus for the proximity of the train station.

A very comfortable 4 day stay while visiting with friends in the neighbourhood. Quiet --despite its proximity to the busy street;subway just across the road; great bakeries/cafes in the area;very clean (tho' small for 2 adults);no reception or ever any encounter with staff or management;quite quaint and overall a very good experience.

A little home from home.
Clean and comfortable room. Little communal area great for simple meals. Good organic supermarket nearby, also 2 cafe/bakeries and bar serving food (enormous portions). Our from was quiet but others were disturbed by residents on floor above going up and down stairs and to cellar. Accommodation is 4 rooms on ground floor of house occupied by residents above. Ideal for a simple stay with a 'home from home' feel. Nice bathroom ensure, large with good quality fittings .

Nice and different place to stay
The location was amazing so close to some cafes and the train station.The rooms were really cool, shame there was no WiFi or the place would have been perfect for our group.Although we didn't use it much it was nice to have a uniquely decorated kitchen.the cleaner was really attractive as well.

Preiswert Art gut in Hamburg zu übernachten. Völlig ausreichende Einrichtung, sogar mit eigenem Bad. Bäcker (mit Frühstücksmglk.) und S-Bahn im 150m Umkreis. Wir verbrachten 4 Nächte dort, werden wiederkommen und können alles an Selbstversorger nur weiterempfehlen.

Sehr laut durch Verkehr und Hellhörigkeit im Haus.
Perfekte Lage wenn es um Bus-Bahnanbindung geht. Zur S-Bahn sind es nur wenige Schritte, Bushaltestelle ist direkt vorm Haus. Leider liegt das Haus an einer viel befahrenen Straße, so dass es sehr laut ist. Das Zimmer und das Bad sind sehr schön eingerichtet und die gemeinsame Teeküche ist sehr praktisch, und gut ausgestattet mit Geschirr, Besteck und Abwaschutensilien. Im Kühlschrank hat jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Fach. Leider sind die Zimmer nur durch eine normale Zimmertür mit der Teeküche getrennt, so dass es sehr hellhörig ist. Sobald jemand die Küche nutzt, hört man es in den Zimmern sehr stark. Für 59,-€ pro Übernachtung ist es völlig in Ordnung, durch die Hellhörigkeit im Haus und die Lautstärke durch den Verkehr würde ich auf keinen Fall mehr bezahlen.

Für ein zwei Nächte ist das relativ enge aber saubere Zimmer ok. Es kann nicht von der Seite in das Bett eingestiegen werden und ein Nachttisch gibt es nicht. WC für grosse Menschen unbequem da die Knie an der Wand anstossen. S-Bahn und Bus direkt vor dem Haus. Zentral aber recht laut; direkt an der Strasse.

Kostengünstiges Gästehaus
Wer ein kostengünstiges, WG-ähnliches Ambiente sucht, ist hier richtig. 4 Zimmer in einer Erdgeschoss-Wohnung, in der Mitte eine Art Mini-Aufenthaltsraum mit Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank. Die Zimmer sind einfach und zweckmäßig ausgestattet, das Bad relativ neu und sauber. Lediglich den beginnenden Schimmelbefall im Bereich über den Fließen sollte man im Auge behalten. Für "normale Hotelbesucher" wie mich eher ungewöhnlich, dass zur Schlüsselentgegennahme durch eine per Mail mitgeteiltem PIN ein kleines Fach (von vier) geöffnet werden kann, in dem dann der Schlüssel für das jeweilige gebuchte Zimmer (4 Farben) deponiert ist. Per anhängendem Transponder wird dann erst die Haustüre, dann die Wohnungstüre freigeschaltet. Ein bisschen Technikaffinität schadet hier nichts. Über die Hellhörigkeit kann ich nichts berichten, da ich anscheinend der einzige Gast war. Frühstück gibt es lecker in einer Bäckerei nebenan (nicht im Preis natürlich), auch ein Biomarkt befindet sich um die Ecke. Das Haus liegt an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße mit entsprechender Geräuschkulisse. Die Zimmer in den Garten könnten hier von Vorteil sein. Für sparsame Traveller mit wenig Ansprüchen sicher eine interessante Alternative zum Hotel...

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und da die schlüssel in einem Safe auserhalb waren, konnte ich auch spät ankommen. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber gewesen und auch sehr nah am nächsten Bahnhof. Leider hat das Shampoo gefehlt im Zimmer. Alles andere war, wie erwartet

フロントがないのが致命的。留守番は女子高生のような子供二人。英語は通じない。鍵を渡すのを忘れるあげく、開け方の独特な鍵の説明をせずに帰ってしまう。案の定閉め出され、ガタガタしていたら近所に警察を呼ばれてしまった。もはやホテルとは言えない。ドイツ語に堪能でなければ泊まるのは危険だと言える。部屋は広くて問題点なし。

就位在車站旁相當方便,入口在車站出口旁的咖啡店的小路進去,預訂後會MAIL給你一組密碼可以打開門口旁的小盒子,內有KEY,大門用KEY上的感應圈,感應門閂,綠燈後轉動就可進去,進去後一樓的門也是一樣用感應的,才可以進到小客廳再進到房間,第一次去用了許久才進去,房間簡單舒適,就像是自己的房間,客廳有冰箱 烤箱 與餐具,可簡單的用餐,

it is not a hotel. A flat, with one common room, and 3 bedrooms. The one I have has 2 bed and a bathroom. The room is clean and tidy. I had a problem opening the front door and the main door of the flat. The sensor lock is difficult to use.

Das Gästehaus an sich ist völlig ok und sauber. Jedoch ist mir negativ aufgefallen, dass die Zimmer nicht täglich gereinigt werden. Man erhält auch keine frischen Handtücher (nur gegen einen saftigen Aufpreis). Auf dies wurde bei Expedia nicht hingewiesen! Daher ist die Bewertung nur mittelmäßig.

zu empfehlen
Wir nutzten das Gästehaus nur für eine Nacht, wegen einer Veranstaltung in Hamburg. Dafür war es ausreichend geeignet. Obwohl es den Charakter einer WG hat, war es nachts ruhig . Das "braune Zimmer" war sauber und gepflegt- das Bad ist ausgezeichnet. Die Matratzen müssen wohl neu gewesen sein - Prima!! Die Lage war für uns optimal. Der S-Bahnhof Bahrenfeld befindet sich auch gegenüber. Die Bäckerei dort ist sehr gut für Frühstück geeignet. Alles in allem für einen kurzen Aufenthalt bestens geeignet.

フロントスタッフがいないので（ホテルではなくゲストハウスなので）、チェックイン前に電話で当ゲストハウスの担当に（鍵の場所を尋ねるなど）確認をとる必要があります。また、チェックアウトは１０時とやや早く、ホテルのように荷物を預けることはできませんので、チェックアウト前日までに観光や買い物などの用事をすませなければなりません。それらを厭わなければ、部屋は快適でくつろげますし、Ｓバーン駅からすぐなので、満足できると思います。
