Super Lage aber Sauberkeit mangelhaft
Kurz vor der Anreise ist der Vermieter mit mir in Kontakt getreten und hat uns eine andere neu erworbene Wohnung angeboten, da es zu einer doppelten Vermietung gekommen war. Das alles war super nett und sehr unkompliziert. Deswegen kann ich lediglich Aussagen über die Wohnung treffen. Aber der Check-in war sehr gut und unkompliziert. Der Kontakt mit allen war sehr nett. Auch der Wunsch nach zusätzlichen Handtüchern war kein Problem und auch bei Fragen wurde uns sofort weitergeholfen. Leider war jedoch die Sauberkeit wirklich unterirdisch. Das Geschirr war nicht sauber, der Boden dreckig und alle Amateuren nicht ordentlich sauber und auch die Küche nicht gerade hygienisch. So das wir am ersten Tag nachmal durch geputzt haben. Wenn dies verbessert wird ansonsten eine schöne Wohnung.

Schön ist anders
Gut an der Wohnung: saubere Bettwäsche, saubere Handtücher Mindestens komisch: 3 Wochen vor der Reise wird erzählt, dass die Wohnung doppelt gebucht ist. Es wird gefragt, ob man eine gleichwertige Alternative möchte. Was will man machen, natürlich, sonst hat man ja gar nix. Alternative ist im Nachhinein ein Erdgeschoss Loch, was nach Schimmel riecht. Die Küche ist keine Küche. Das Bad ist innenliegend ohne Abluft. Meine Vermutung ist, dass das ganze System hat. Ich würde hier vorsichtig sein und empfehle die Wohnung nicht. Lage: sehr gut gelegen zur U Bahn und S Bahn. Die Wohnung selber ist in einem Hinterhof, also vor Ort möchte man nicht verweilen.

Ende gut - alles gut
Der Aufenthalt war kurz, aber bestens. Alles wesentliche war im Appartment (sogar Kaffee und Filtertüten, Handtücher, Seife, ...). Die ebenerdige Unterkunft eignete sich bestens für einen Aufenthalt mit unserem Hund. Einzig negative Anmerkung: Trotz Reisebestätigung nach Buchung hatte der direkte Anbieter, den wir nach Ankunft anriefen, keine Buchung im System, weshalb das Zimmer zu unserem Eintreffen nicht gereinigt war und wir noch ein wenig Erklärungsnot hatten. Es wurde aber sehr zuvorkommend reagiert. Zum Glück gab es keine Überbuchung. Der Check out um 11Uhr war zeitlich sehr angenehm. Wir danken
