The service at the Scandic Emporio was exceptional and every person we met was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The location was perfect for exploring the city centre. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and we would highly recommend the hotel to others staying in the area.

Nice hotel
We arrived late at the hotel (due to trains being very delayed) which meant we were tired and wouldn't have time to visit Hamburg. The staff upgraded us to a suite which was a modern, comfortable room which we were very happy with.
