Poor response time to incoming phone calls!
My train was delayed by over two hours. I had someone waiting in the lobby. I tried calling the hotel and was put on hold for fifteen minutes. I sent a message, as I was directed to requesting a callback. The message said I would get an email. NO CALLBACK. NO EMAIL. When I arrived at the hotel, there were three associates at the reception desk. When I told them what happened, they were indifferent. I don’t blame them. They’ve just never been trained in the art of customer service. Can’t wait to see the bill for fifteen minutes of roaming charges. An additional delight!

Clean and quiet
The rooms were clean, the atmosphere of the room was a little cramped. It did not have extra accessories such as slippers, toothbrush, etc. Although my room was next to the street, no sound came inside. Breakfast was also great. Only the price is a bit expensive.

Nice hotel but terrible policies. I booked the room a month in advance and the price had dropped so when asked for the new lower price or even some kind of compensation like an upgrade, I was met with a resounding NO. They said they were unable to do anything for me period. I travel a lot and I would have come back there if they had any customer service whatsoever. The rooms are also tiny with no ability to make tea or coffee. I was also met with NO they do not have a kettle for use. Bar is gorgeous. They clearly spent a lot of their money there.

Små værelser til prise
Værelserne er pæne og rene men ikke ret store. Hotellet ligger meget centralt og U1 ligger lige ved siden af. Køb gruppe 9AM kort hos HHV og kør alt det du vil for under 14 euro for op til 5 personer Der forgår en del vejarbejde så der er en masse larm pt. Der er parkeringskælder til 22 euro pr døgn.

Neues Hotel in Top-Lage
Es war alles Bestens, bis auf das sehr kleine Zimmer. es ist kein Kleiderschrank vorhanden und keine Kommode oder Schublade, in der man z.b. Unterwäsche verstauen kann. Alles liegt offen. Die Lobby ist sehr stylisch und ansprechend gestaltet. Die Tiefgarage ist auch für größere KFZ ( z.B. Van) gut geeignet. Die Lage des Hotels in Zentrumnähe ist top. Alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und kompetent.

Très bien mais...
Très bel hôtel bien situé, très proche du centre ville. Station de métro juste devant l'hôtel. Petit-déjeuner excellent. Petits points d'amélioration : l'accueil lors de l'arrivée (peu d'effort pour la compréhension en anglais, aucune explication sur le lieu et les horaires du petit-déjeuner, et vu les tarifs, une bouilloire et pouvoir se faire un café ou un thé en chambre ne serait pas superflu...)
