Nice and spacious, quiet neighbourhood and good communication. It would have been better if extra blankets were available as our bedroom was chilly at night. Air conditioning unit was in the dining area but it didn’t warm up our separate bedroom.

This unit was perfect for our needs, a bed for the night, with the ability to heat food and have a hot drink. I was a bit anxious that we were within the 24-hour period to contact re entry into the property and was relieved when my text was answered

Amazing stay. Very quiet and calm neighborhood. The room is very spacious and clean. Close proximity (7-10) minute drive to local restaurants and botanical gardens. 10/10 recommended for anyone wanting to stay in Hamilton. Only downside is that it has a washer, but no dryer. But you can air dry your clothes outside if needed.

What a disgraceful we couldn't get into apartment.Vivian sure needs to improve her communication phone number etc at least 2days before people are due toarrive. We were told office hours were from 4pm to 8pm where is the office. An experience we'll never forget. Regards SD N.
