Welcome to our Cozy cottage located on picturesque Lake Moraine. Situated on a beautifully landscaped lawn, enjoy the beautiful scenery of the surrounding Upstate NY mountains. Keep an eye out for the vast wildlife that is home to the lake such as bald eagles, ducks, geese, turtles, crawfish, and an abundance of fish. Enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Located directly on the water, our property offers the best of outdoor adventures/activities on and off the Lake. Your dream vacation awaits. The cottage comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. Enjoy spectacular lake views from the dining room and living room. A fully equipped modern kitchen with dining room allows you to cook your own meals. (Grill conveniently located right outside off the kitchen). The living room features a 70" wall mounted tv with Roku and offers a relaxing view of the Lake. Two private bedrooms- both queen beds. For additional sleeping there is a trundle pull out bed(sleeps 2). Utility room offers a washer and dryer. For your convenience there are 2 bathrooms with showers. Our cottage provides a large open deck with a view of the lake where you can relax and enjoy your morning coffee. Our deck offers seating for outdoor eating, reading, board games, and relaxing. Entertain your family with our outdoor jumbo connect 4 game. In addition to our large deck we have a dock that allows you access to swimming, kayaking and fishing during the day and in the evening start a fire in the fire pit while enjoying nighttime views of the Lake. Also available for your outdoor enjoyment we offer a long board, 2 single kayaks, and 1 double kayak. A sure hit with family/friends. Life vests are also available for your safety. Parking available for 3 cars. The cottage is on a quiet road on Lake Moraine surrounded by other summer camps and year round homes. Friendly neighborhood atmosphere. Parking in driveway.

Perfect Get Away
Our son’s family has a cottage nearby. We had great fun on the water with the grandkids. We went into Hamilton to Flour and Salt and walk around the public market. Each morning I watched the sun rise over the lake with my daughter. Great time!

This is a wonderful, newly remodeled and clean property right on the lake, with excellent access. We loved our visit, and very much appreciated the kayaks and paddleboard as well.

Beautiful view
This cottage is bright and has all modern finishes. The large windows and doors allow for a tremendous view of the lake. The host was very responsive and helpful. It is convenient to Colgate. I would like to return in the summer to take advantage of the comfortable deck, watercraft, and outdoor games. Thanks for sharing this special place with us!
