Room was nice, staff was great. We've stayed at that location for years before brand change. The pillows were WAY TOO SOFT, a firm option would have been nice or half n half. Beds soft but okay. Found a spider in the sleeping area, a toenail and a cobweb in the bathroom. Couldn't get hot water in the shower. Shower handrail would be nice too. Breakfast was okay. Overall not bad, we know stuff happens and we were only there one night.

The rooms and the hotel are very clean. It did not smell like cleaner, it was just clean. The continental breakfast was hot and delicious with many options. Front desk was very hospital, friendly and many smiles. It was a great experience. I would recommend the Quality Inn and Suites to anyone looking to stay in Grimsby or the surrounding area. Nice clean hotel with partial view of Lake Ontario. Grimsby on The Lake is a wonderful waterfront park ideal for walking along the shoreline. With the exchange rate, this place is an excellent value for Americans. One of few places I've stayed in recent days where the rate including fees and taxes was below $100.

Très bon service. Tout était propre et il y avait une personne qui nettoyait et remplissait la zone des petits déjeuners. Je n'ai pas aimé que la chambre avait du tapis mais pour le prix et service, ça va très bien.
