J’ai aimé rester la pour 3 jours, une chambre avec du tapis même si j’avais demander sans tapis mais ce n’est pas grave. Un peu vieillot avec le divan mauve mais la chambre très confortable. Sans le tapis, j’aurais mis un 5/5. Une femme de chambre a essayé d’entrer vers 8h du matin la journée de notre départ même si nous avions mis le panneau « ne pas déranger ». Petit déjeuner manque un peu de choix mais quand même satisfaisant. Extérieur rénové depuis la photo sur expédia, cela a l’air plus chic. On entend quand même beaucoup les voitures donc je vous conseil des bouchon d’oreille si vous avez le sommeil léger. Salle de bain vieillotte un peu mais très propre. Pour le prix, c’était parfait

We enjoyed our two-day stay at this small but comfortable hotel this sommer. The food was pretty good and the staff friendly and honest. I even forgot something in my room, I called them and, four days later, they called to inform me that they found it. We certainly plan to stay there next year.

Room given to us was very smelly like molds. The AC controls were also not working. We complained so the attendant offered us a refund. We moved to a different hotel.

I called twice to see if we could get an accessible room as my mother is a wheelchair user and needs an accessible bathroom. They told me that their accessible rooms only have one bed. I said that was fine, we could use a cot or share the bed. They said there were no cots available. I asked if the washroom had a walk in shower - the answer was no, it’s a tub/shower (so really that’s not accessible). They told me that there are bars in regular rooms’ washrooms so it would basically be the same. However when we arrived and checked into our room, there was not a bar to be seen in the washroom. We were not able to switch to an accessible room so my mother and I had a lot of struggles for her with toileting/bathing. Beyond that it is a lovely hotel, the pool is great, the beds were comfortable and staff was friendly and helpful.

Person checking me in never stopped texting on his phone during checkin which is a little uncomfortable when he has your credit card in his hand. Went to use elevator to go to third floor and it never came to first floor , asked if it was broken and the guy said no you just have to walk up to the second floor and bring it down to the first then you could use it, I think that constitutes it being broken. Noisiest room I have ever been in due to traffic on the QEW and the a/c unit in the bedroom that never shut off. On the second night we had to unplug it in order to get some sleep. Bathroom is so small the sink had to be in the living area of the suite.If you were sitting on the toilet and someone opened the door it would have broken your knee caps. The entire suite was very tiny as it appears to be a regular room that they put a wall up in to seperate it into two small spaces. Needless to say I will not be returning to this hotel

Addicts hang out by the front entrance. I didnt feel safe & was nervous all night. Although I dont mind using the stairs, the elevators weren't working, carpet looked filthy in the rooms. The bed was ok

The elevator was not accessible from the main floor. There did not appear to be any emergency in having it repaired. Although I was able to walk to the 3rd floor where my room was, there were others who could not do so. Other than this issue , I enjoyed my stay there.
