I had a nice date there lol.
It was nice. I would have liked to stay longer which i plan on a more stay to fully experience the hotel. Family friendly. Active friendly. Gym included. Business oriented. Professional service yet real people. Try it.

The stay was excellent, rooms very comfortable and spacious; nice amenities. Optional downtown restaurants are less than 1/2 mile from hotel. I highly recommend this place. My only issue was parking was a fair distance from the hotel entrance. In inclement weather this walk would be unpleasant. Cars are secured with an attendant.

Worth checking it out...
The good: The room was big, clean and modern. Great views of the river. Decent location to drive to town. The no-so-good: I didn't book an accessible room, but I got one, so I would've preferred a standard shower and not a handheld. The ceiling started leaking directly on our pillows during a rain storm. It was the morning and we were awake, so not a big deal as we were about to check out. All in all, we'd probably stay here again. Didn't get to check out the fitness complex or dining options, but they looked world class. Seems like a newer hotel, and they converted it from a factory, so I can understand there's growing pains. Worth checking out.

Quick visit!
We stayed for a quick overnight while visiting Miami of Ohio. The room was extremely large, probably one of the largest hotel rooms I've stayed in. We did have an interior room, the view from the windows was a construction zone, but with the heavy curtains closed we were never bothered. Location is great, the community was awesome. Definitely a place to visit for a long weekend.

Neat place, however it has some growing to do.
Shops inside were all closed. One restroom was open, stopped serving food at 8pm on Saturday. Closed at 9pm. Softball team with 10 rooms rented were told we could not have pizza in the lobby, because it was not purchased there. 1st hotel ever to not allow us to have team bonding in the lobby.

Interesting hotel in the old papermill. Enjoyed the river view from the big warehouse windows. It’s nice to have another option in Hamilton. The parking distance and long hallways to rooms may be a challenge for those with limited ability. Having a coffee station in the room would be a nice addition in the future. Great service and friendly staff. We did take advantage of using the gym and found that a significant upgrade from typical hotel gyms as it is across the street in the sports complex. It is likely that we would stay again!

Unique clean modern hotel. Parking was a hike away down the street, even hncp parking. Did not feel safe walking at nite from car. No coffee pot in room. Asked for a view. Got the fitness center view. 3rd floor windows low at ankles or if you were 10 ft tall you could see out.

Everything was ok until about 8:30am on the day of checkout when the power went out. I waited around for 30 or so minutes for it to come back on but decided to just check out early. The rooms were cool with the original architecture in the ceiling and the layout was very spacious. While I was leaving I overheard the house keeping staff talking about the power outage and and it seemed to be a pretty normal thing from what they were saying.
