Awesome stay
We actually live in Covington. We needed to get off of the river in preparation of Hurricane Francine. We chose Hilton because they have always been pet Friendly. Our 2 Scotties were the Hilton mascots while we were there. The staff was great, the linemen that were in the hotel were such gentlemen and Hilton rolled out their normal red carpet treatment to all of us. You really couldn't ask for better service. The mattress in our room was a bit firm for me, but over all it was great.

We thought breakfast was included on this stay and were suprised to find out it wasn't the following morning. I think hotel needs to be a bit more transparent about this. Maybe it would help for you to make mention of the breakfast to guests when they are checking in. Thank you. Otherwise, everything else was excellent and I would consider to stay here again.

Our stay was only one night. The front desk people were nice. The drain in the tub was slow so we reported it when checking out & were told it would be looked at. There were no other issues that we saw.

Looked clean when we first go in the room. When we went to turn down the bed, there was a blood stain on the down comforter. I was disgusted. It did not look like an old blood stain either. I called the front desk and told the attendant about it. The woman had the nerve to ask me to bring the comforter to the front desk and she would give me a new one. I told her I was already in my pajamas so she finally agreed to send someone up. The next day I asked to speak with a manager and was told there was not one on staff. I emailed the director of housekeeping about the incident and 1 week later, I have not gotten a reply.
