False advertising and smells extremely bad
First problem i had with it was i paid extra for a two bedroom suite and what they call a two bed suite is nothing more than a two bed room.. not even close to the pictures. No sitting room .. no couch.. no anything close to resemble a suite.. Second thing was the smell of weed mixed with air freshener was overwhelming. Very strong smell that smelled like they were trying to cover up the skunk smell. Definitely do not recommend this place at all.

Dirt and food under bed. Moved to 2nd room. TV remote had no batteries. Desk clerk said he couldn’t find any so no TV. Bathroom tile grout moldy. Toilet had black dirt?? in bottom and when flushed water was dark brown. Bath tub was dirty. Back of chair broken. Overall miserable experience. Hotel staff uncooperative and had a don’t care attitude.

The hotel itself was fine. But I was charged by Orbitz and then again by the hotel. I also discovered after I got home Saturday (2 1/2 hours away) that they didn’t give my driver’s license back. I called when I realized it and the man that answered said he would mail it to me on Monday. He also said he would check the double charge but I still have 2 charges out of my bank account.

This is a pet friendly place and it smells like it. There is also a musty and moldy smell the minute you walk in the door. I am guessing they are trying to improve the area as there was rolls of carpet in the stairs and by the doors. Also the 1 ice machine that was working was not only dispensing ice But some black particles. Disgusting.

unacceptable service
The bed appeared that someone slep in it many days and sheets had not been replaced. The blanket had dozens of bumps bigger than a fist and it had several holes and material was falling apart. When to the front desk clerk and showed her photos and she gave me new linen to replace the linen myself. The new blanket that I was given was actually worse than the first one but it was cleaned but it had like a 2sq.ft. Hole in it.
Bed cover was full of holes.
Bed cover had many bumps the size of an orange
Bed cover had coffee stains
Bed sheets were wrinkled and appeared that they had not been changed in a while.

The rooms are very small, the first room we checked into had ants, so we had to be moved, the second room didn't have a mini fridge or microwave as advertised, the desk staff we polite but seemed like they were always on their cell phones or had their friends hanging out with them in the lobby so I had to wait for them to finish chatting to get service. The location isn't horrible but traffic can be complicating to work through at certain times of the day.
