The staff were really nice and attentive. The rooms were a good size. Pool was good for the kids. However the room was not set for 4 people we had to keep asking for all the things that were missing I must add they were all supplied promptly. The room needed updating and a bit of maintenence the safe didn't work only thing reported that wasn't fixed, one of the fans didn't work it was too late to get it changed when we realised, there was no alternative lighting to the main lights. Breakfast was OK but it seemed there weren't enough staff to keep things stocked up and tables cleared however all the staff were excellent when asked for anything.

Satisfactory stay near to town.
Ok for an overnight stay. Family friendly. Check in was friendly. My room had brown water when I put the bath taps on, and was not the cleanest (marks on the mirror and sink). restaurant was closed to a party so I ate in the bar which was comfortable. Dinner was very expensive at £15 for a bowl of noodles with chicken although it did taste good. I asked for a bottle of water to be told they do not sell it only tap water. The room was comfortable with very nice pillows, Netflix and amazon movies available in the room and clean bed and towels. A good clean of the carpets and bathroom would make all the difference. Review of the menu would also be advised. Overall I would say it's ok for the price. Easy to park and convenient location.

Wasn't there long
Room was clean and tidy and the hotel itself was very nice. Staff was friendly. I wasn't there long enough to use the facilities but they looked good for what i could see. The only let down was breakfast, there wasn't a huge range for a veggie, would have been nice to see croissants, pain-au-chocolat, jam etc and the coffee was a bit rough.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were quite dated and worn but still very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The roads around the hotel were quite noisy throughout the night but weren’t unbearable.
