The Hotel is in a good location. The staff at this Hotel put their customers first. They are friendly and helpful at all times. I did not like that I had to park a few mins walk away but in the end it worked well. Dont park in the bays opposite the electric chargers as they are for Subway customers ....have cameras..and you will get a fine.

Seriously fed up.the house keeping staffs are so irritating.they stole our stuffs.we found something missed our things and we asked to the management.but they didn't give a proper answers.management try to hide these kind of activities.really unsafe.we never ever experienced these type of management.really annoying

For a basic hotel it does the job if you just want a bed for the night however bookings.com advertised the room as having air conditioning which it doesn’t. If we had know before booking then we would have found alternative accommodation given the temperatures on the day. Rooms are pokey but it is a budget hotel! The family room with bunk bed above is designed for children aged 6 and over. This is also not detailed on the accommodation details. Breakfast is basic continental but kids eat free. Staff were very friendly and accommodating which was a bonus.

A pleasant stay
Needed a hotel within waking distance of the train station and Portsmouth Guild Hall for son’s graduation. This was the best looking one on offer for my budget. It was a basic room but comfortable and clean. I included breakfast with my stay which was a continental breakfast but if I’d done my research a bit better I had other options as McDonald’s is just across the road and a Tesco Extra next door with a cafe which I personally would have preferred. Can’t fault the hotel or staff though. Thank you

Hotel located within 10 minustes walk from Fratton railway station. Also walking distance (3 mins) from Tesco Extra, McDonalds, KFC and Subway among other retail outlets. The room is on the small size and lack coffee or fridge facilities however they do provide kettle on request and drinks at reception but at extortionate price. Room has separate shower and toilet which is a plus point but the door to the toilet makes a loud bang because of the locking device. Its ok for couple of night stay but would not recommend this hotel as bed is not comfortable and pillows was rock hard. This hotel do have aircon for those summer night.
