Great ocean view room on first floor. 2nd and 3rd floors are better. Beach is across the road. We sat outside the room and listened to the ocean waves at night. Not far from restaurants and nightlife. Fire pit in rear. Staff was great !

I stayed but one night and loved the hotel and the staff. I expected an impersonal touristy type in and out, and I got local - neighbors walking over for food and drink at the Surf Shack. The staff - Steve, Christine (I think), Kristen, regular folk, cordial and engaging, were a delight. I'm already planning a return trip.

What a great spot! One of favorites for sure. Communication was awesome. Room was exceptional with lovely touches and ocean view with balcony. Then the Surf Shack with live music, great food and drinks made this a spectacular spot.

I was able to arrive at the property at any time the day of my check in and utilize the facilities while waiting for formal check in. The day I checked out there was the same option, checking out but being able to stay poolside, where there is an outdoor shower and bathroom. Staff were helpful and kind. I was struggling with my bags getting up the large flight of stairs to the second floor and staff saw and rushed to my sister and I and offered to carry our bags to our room. So helpful. The room was small, but amazingly it had everything we needed. Small sink, two burner stove top, pots pans, dishes, mini fridge. The air/heat worked great; the bed was comfortable. The balcony was lovely with composite sturdy Adirondack chairs and a table with four chairs on the balcony. Will absolutely stay here again.

Gem of North Hampton Beach!
This hotel was perfect for us! We loved that it was not in the center of Hampton beach but still had access to the north beach across the street. Amazing views. We loved our balcony and hearing the sound of the ocean from our room! The whole hotel has been renovated/updated! Very nice modern decor and room was very clean! Staff that we interacted with were very friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay again!

Like; across the road from beach. Our room was modern nice smaller refrigerator, large smart TV, etc. Didn’t like : Our room was on third floor no elevator, our room didn’t have a balcony. If you want or need these check to see if there’s a first floor room and balcony room.

Very clean and modernized. Free parking. Outdoor space for guests both on the decks and the grounds. Peaceful location, but there are no amenities in walking distance sadly the restaurants and surf shop next door burned down :( Really nice staff, has a family friendly vibe. Good value for the area especially during peak season. We will likely be back, but book a room with full kitchen so we can have some meals without having to drive 3-5 miles away.
