This cozy cottage is big on outdoors but can still sleep up to 3 families. The house is best described as a modern dogtrot. The main part of the home contains the living/kitchen/dining area, master bedroom with king bed and en suite bathroom, lofted bunk room, full guest bath and laundry closet. This part of the house is connected to the secondary part of the home via the ādogtrotā or screened-in porch (complete with ping pong table). The secondary part of the home includes 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds, which share a Jack and Jill bathroom. The property also boasts an immaculate timber frame pavilion complete with a massive wood-burning fireplace. Laurel Fork Creek borders the front edge of the parcel and is every kidās favorite place to splash an afternoon away. Additionally, there are only 5 houses on this dead-end street with only one of those being lived in full-time so there is virtually no traffic.
