Perfect location the south end of Hampton Beach, this beautiful condo is only a 5 minute walk until your toes hit the sand. Hampton Beach State Park, Hampton Marina, and the boardwalk are also just a few minute walk.
Enjoy ocean breezes from the private wrap around porch with a deck at the entrance and a second off the master bedroom. The newly renovated condo has a full kitchen w/new granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, & countertop that seats 6 guests. The living room has ample seating with a sectional couch and a large screen TV with cable and WiFi. Down the hall is a bath with shower and washer & dryer. The 3 bedrooms each have a closet and sleeping space for six with 2 queen beds and 1 full sized bed. Rental includes 2 assigned off-street parking spaces.

This property was full of amenities, location was perfect, and host was able to accommodate an early check-in, which was SO AMAZING! We missed our connection flying into Boston, which really set us back. We were exhausted, and asked by chance of a possibility of an early check-in, which, again, she accommodated us without question! We would definitely stay again! Thank you!!! Dawn and George Gentuso *****JUST TWO things missing: There was not ONE full length mirror, the bathroom mirror was too high for me, and it was the only one. 2) Local TV is not pertinent, but it's great to have, especially for weather updates, local news. Thank you for your consideration reading this!

Beautiful, spacious home with AMAZING views!! The area is quite congested so there is not much privacy. There was snacks, toiletries, and the host went out of their way to accommodate us!!

Perfect landing spot
Our daughter plays college lacrosse and we needed a place to stay between 2 games and to take advantage of a birthday weekend. While the weather wasn't on our side we still managed a great time. Owner communication was terrific warning us of the storm and partial road closure before we arrived. The condo was stocked with coffee, teas and some snacks. The bathroom also stocked with toiletries in case they were needed.
