In the summer, Bliss Shores has its own beach on the canal, playground, private inland lake, groomed trails, and a waterfall that flows to the beach. In the winter, enjoy cross-country skiing, snow biking, snowmobiling, and hiking on the Maahsto Hitto and Churning Rapids Trails networks, with a gorgeous ridge perfect for backcountry skiing. The property's 92 acres in the heart of the trails connects you to year-round fun.

Perfect for bringing friends and family together, this spacious 1968 Chalet, recently renovated in the Nordic Hygge style, offers two full kitchens for entertaining and breathtaking sunset views over the Portage Canal (Lake Superior). The chalet has an attached studio guest suite with it own full kitchen and bathroom to give your group space to enjoy your own experience. Watch the sun sink, the boats pass, & the beavers splash from the numerous wrap around decks and balcony.

Inside, experience the warmth of Nordic living with custom wave resin counters and benches, complemented by expansive bay windows framing the picturesque sunset. Catch a glimpse of the Northern Lights from this cozy haven, designed to reflect our time in Norway and our Scandinavian roots.

Great Location for Family Trip
The perfect hub for our family during a weekend of Keweenaw exploring and college activities. The listing was clean and as advertised; the deck view and yard access to the Portage is wonderful. Owners were easy to reach with questions, and quick to respond or offer suggestions. We would stay here again.
