PLEASE DO NOT PICK THIS PLACE. Absolutely useless. The property does not communicate with you, and the number and email provided gave no responses. I was stuck waiting iutside the the place in the middle of the night after a long flight, only to find no entrance, no sign, and 0 communication take place even when i wrote to them 2 days prior about my late entry. I had to book another hotel. Not once did the hotel respond or reach out to me for not being there, and Expedia was entirely useless as they just push you to a virtual chat centre that doesnt help escalate anything. I did not even get to stay here and did not get an option to refund.

Stunning location, great food and friendly staff. Although their English was limited they really tried and went out of their way to help. Loved the interiors, the coziness of the place and those views from every point were spectacular.

The apartment is ideally located in Hanoi, close to central locations. The check in process was seamless and our host provided clear instructions about the place. The apartment was equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay and even had free laundry services. I would highly recommend it.
