Great location to access shops and sights. Staff are very helpfull and try their best. The only issue is the fact they struggle to understand English. Our pick up from the airport did not turn up. We had to contact the hotel with the help of a local to get it sorted.

The property is well located in Old Quarter, walkable distance from the lake, the church and the water puppet show venue. Rooms were spacious. Bathroom were spacious with bathtub. Air conditioning was perfect. Breakfast spread was decent. Staff was courteous but should be more comfortable with English. Toilet seat was missing jet spray.

This hotel is reasonably priced with excellent & exceptional service. Staff is very efficient, friendly, warm, courteous, very responsive & fast to guests' requests.
