Escape the chaos of daily life to all the beauty and fun Pure Michigan has to offer, any time of year.
The Star Valley Lodge is nestled in the “valley” of two of the ski hills, Nub's Nob and The Highlands (Formally Boyne Highlands). Spend you winter days cutting through the fresh powder at Nubs Nob or The Highlands at Harbor Springs. When the days warm up head out to the links, take a day to explore the trails by bike or a hike (or snowshoe in winter), or relax in the summer sun on any of the nearby beaches of Little Traverse Bay and Lake Michigan. And when the leaves turn enjoy a long, leisurely drive taking in all the vibrant colors of fall through the famous Tunnel of Trees, a must-do every Autumn. The shopping and dining in Harbor Springs, Petoskey, and Walloon Lake can be enjoyed all year long!
This lodge fits up to 9 people comfortably. The first room, which provides two twin beds, welcomes you on the lower level, along with a small den for kids to watch a movie or game on the Xbox. This floor also provides a three-piece bathroom and laundry. Up the stairs, on the main level are two additional bedrooms with two queens, one twin bed and a full bathroom. Another queen bed can be found in the loft along with a three-piece bathroom. A well-stocked kitchen is available for those who are inclined to whip up a warm dinner of comfort food after a day at the slopes or grill out after a day at the beach with fresh food from the farmers market in downtown Harbor Springs. The dining table seats 8 with room for 4 more at the bar. Enjoy the warm summer days eating your meals alfresco on the multi-level Trex deck in the back yard. When temps get too low head into the gas fireplace in the living room; a welcoming space for all to gather around to play cards, board games, or put together a puzzle with friends and family. This room is also furnished with a 55” smart TV and BluRay player.
