Indoors you'll find a generous open floor plan with a chefs kitchen, woodstove, and gas fireplace. Upstairs the primary suite is a private escape with a gas fireplace, private balcony, and massive ensuite with soaker tub.
You'll have multiple deck levels and covered front porch to enjoy the mountain breezes, sunsets, and stars here in the Catskills. The back deck includes a grill and table seating for 6. Additionally there is an outdoor bar area that is great for those summer barbeques. There is also a fire ring in the backyard.

Main Level:
Bedroom 1: Queen Bed, Television, Dresser
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, Closet, Chest of Drawers
Bedrooms 1 and 2 share a bathroom with shower on the main level.

Upper Level:
Bedroom 3: King Bed, Pack and Play Crib, Dresser, Closet, Private Balcony
All spaces on the upper level share a bathroom w/ double vanity, soaker tub, and shower.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property including back and front yards.

The Neighborhood:
Harris is conveniently located in the center of Sullivan County between Monticello and Liberty. You'll feel removed from the city, but still within 20 minutes of groceries and things to do. The neighborhood is a mix of seasonal homes and year round residents. Hiking, boating, and winter sports are all nearby on the variety of trails and lakes.

Getting Around:
I recommend having car for your stay. Taxis are available, but ride sharing services are more sparse. Rental car services are available in Monticello. Shortline provides service between the city and Monticello as well.
The Middletown Metro North Stations is approximately 45 minutes drive from the house. The trip from NY Penn Station to Middletown is about 2 hours. Train access is great if you have members of your group who need to arrive/depart at different times.

Things To Know:
You will be required to sign a rental agreement after check out. Full terms of the agreement are available on request. Additionally, you will be required to complete third-party identity verification and background checks. If you have questions about either of these requirements please message us prior to booking.

The property requires a $500 security deposit via credit card, or to pay a fee to waive the security deposit.

Up to two dogs may stay at the property. The first dog is includes in the nightly rate. The second dog incurs a $25/night fee.

No more than 3 cars allowed.
