The check in process was very quick and easy. I arrived prior to my check-in time, but was still given access to a room immediately. Very close to the interstate.

Room had a disgusting odor-staff did nothing about it. Basically said you can stay or leave. Very rude. Iā€™m a very easy going and understanding person but to put myself, my wife and two young children in a room that smelled like an ash tray was totally out of line. Worst stay in a hotel Iā€™ve ever had.

The room is big with amenities but the room looked and smelled like it hadnā€™t been used for a long time. The sheets had a smell that made us sneeze all night so bought own sheets next day. Scent in room was strong so tried to open windows but window screen was torn so had to keep it closed. Walls and bathtub were dirty. I took pictures.

Older hotel, not in the best condition
Older hotel not even worth the cheap price. Bathroom outdated, carpet was dingy, spider webs on ceiling & corners of the room. Spiders in the bathroom freaked out my 11 yr old! Changed rooms because toilet handle was loose.

We love the full size fridge and microwave. Room was clean and spacious for my family of four. Beds were very comfy, we slept great and it was very quiet overnight. We will definitely stay again when visiting the area.

The staff was exceptional with a refund from a 3rd party vendor due to reduction in our stay. Overall hotel was clean & comfortable but disappointed pool/hot tub not operating & no ice in room - ice maker not working.
