Last minute scramble
After booking two months in advance, we were unable to stay here. This may have been unique to our experience. A conversation with the host verified that two dogs would be allowed on the property, so I went ahead to confirmed the booking. The host of the property was surprised when I contacted them at 3 PM check-in time for the details. It appears the property is listed on multiple sites and there was a technical issue, which resulted in overbooking. This left us scrambling with our two dogs to find a hotel at the last minute. Although this was the ultimate stressful situation, the host was very apologetic and sent an etransfer to refund the stay.

Slice of Paradise
We love the long lakefront, landscaping and privacy. The suites are clean and we love having a kitchen and access to the large lakeside covered bbq area. We also love having our dog with us so we will be returning often. Thank you to the host Jason for creating such a slice of paradise!

Ok, clean place and view was fantastic. Didn't book at Harrison Hot Springs because we wanted quiet. Unfortunately, we didn't get that at the Lodge. We seemed to have awful timing as the suite below us had construction during our whole stay. Host did not give us a heads-up. When I texted him about it, he wanted to come see us. We didn't want this because of COVID. Another reason why we went with VRBO so there was contactless communication. He didn't apologize nor explain. He could have easily called us. Day of arrival, another contractor tried to get in as well to measure windows. Other things include a fridge that didn't shut properly. Suggestions to include in the place: a roll of paper towel and a slightly bigger table for eating.

The Lodge at Harrison Lake
The room and the property were meticulous. Everything was thought of and the response from the owner was prompt. It’s a beautiful location with beautiful views. If only it weren’t right on the road. Thankfully there was light traffic and you couldn’t here it from the room.

Great view on the Lake!
Really fantastic view on the Lake from our room. Unfortunatelly we didnt had a table in our room, so it was a bit tricky regarding breakfeast. But anyway with the kayaks Jason provided us we had a awesome trip on the Lake, a fantastic view and unforgetable pictures.

So beautiful!
Beautiful property! Our suite was brand new, extremely clean with amazing views. Jason the owner was so kind and helpful with recommendations. The quality mattress was very comfortable, and the unit has everything you need. A quick 15 walk to town or a 2 min drive. I will definitely be back!

Excellent Retreat!!!
My husband and I stayed at The Lodge on Harrison Lake, over May long weekend. It was a perfect escape from busy city life, with minimal driving to get there, it only took us about an hour and a half from South Surrey on a long weekend. The family that runs the lodge is very nice and helpful. It is brand new, nicely furnished, with exceptional views of the lake from every room. For dinner we headed into the main strip on Harrison Lake, which was about a $6-7 dollar cab ride from the lodge. The lodge has a common area to BBQ, which worked out perfectly for cooking after a day of hiking and other activities that are close by. The private beach is steps away . Overall its a great secluded area on Harrison Lake, nothing else compares to it and we will be sure to return!
