The hotel has 2 elevators, one was out of service and the other one only worked to go up. To come down to the lobby you need to use the stairs. When I checked in the front desk person didn’t even said hi or welcome. Very rude. The room door wasn’t locking so I had to go to the front desk. The same person at the front desk didn’t even apologized for the inconvenience. He handled the new room key. The worst customer service ever received by a hotel staff. Will never stay there again.

This hotel desperately needs renovation. There is a very bad smell throughout the entire place and the rooms. We stayed 5 days and had no cleaning services. Only towel changes. The bathtub was horrible. The elevators didn't work. One was out of order and the other one didn't stop on the 3rd floor so we took the stairs. The WORST of all is that my daughters and I got stuck in the elevator on the last day. We were in there for 20 minutes and had the fire department come get us out. That was terrifying. The staff is nice. But the condition of the hotel is terrible

No even worth remembering and talking about my rating is -250 It was a dump no working nothing everything was broken even the management. Elevator broken, ice machine broken, broken everything. It was trash a motel has better everything
