This hotel was ok for 2 adults, but I wouldn’t advise families to stay here. The elevators are small and buttons don’t work. The breakfast was only so so and they were out of things. Ni lounge area only two chairs. The carpets could use an updating. The staff were friendly. The wifi was horrible. You have to frequently sign in and hope it works. Great water pressure in the very small bathrooms.

It was Good. I just stayed for one night. My complaint is that the online booking charged me more than what was charged on the receipt from the hotel. I very surprised. This is because normally the online charges are lower than the prices quoted directly from the Front Desk.

Nope, never again
Lots of work going on at the hotel so no stair access. The room was okay, but stained carpets, a bathtub that wouldn't drain, low water pressure at the sink, took an extended period to get hot water to sink or tub. Towels were extensively used. For $100/night... this was ridiculous. When I asked at the desk about the above, "Sorry" was the reply. Nothing else. Too bad so sad.

Great place to stay!!!
I really liked the hotel. It’s an older building, but it’s really nice. Breakfast is great here. They have a waffle iron and they are so delicious. The room is very nice. The beds are very comfortable. There are two things that annoyed me. 1. The rooms phone doesn’t work at all. 2. There’s not black-out curtains. The maids here are fantastic.

The room was very rundown and the carpet looked very dirty with stains all over it. Everything seemed dirty and unclean. We stayed two nights and no one cleaned our room the next day while we were out. No clean towels, garbage was not emptied etc. The staff were all very friendly and polite. Three stars out of five!

The carpets were filthy filthy dirty stained in the hallways and in the rooms. There were cockroaches in the bedroom. The manager was rude nasty prejudicial, abusive to women. The worst experience I have ever had in the world. I wouldn't even let a bum stay here, oh by the way they were homeless people living here put there by social services. So you're getting a room or a hotel room and you're sharing it with homeless and social service clientele.

There was a horrible stench in the room accompanied with roaches. Everything was dirty. I had a horrible stay and to top it off the pool wasnt in operation which is the main reason i booked it

COMFORT at Comfort Inn
Comfort Inn Wethrsfield CT is good value for what you get. Although the hotel offers a good price the hotel houses low income benificiaries. That does not mean it is unsafe nor polite in services. I have stayed here many times and always had a comfortable stay.
