Shady staff gives wrong room
When we checked in they gave us a room with a queen bed and I told them I booked a king suite so they switched us to a room with a king bed but was not a suite. Front desk staff acted shady about putting us in the wrong room saying it was hotels.com fault, at this point it was late and we were extremely tired and just wanted to sleep.

The hotel was dated. The air conditioning is loud so you can be cool or not sleep. People smoke in the rooms. The showers clog and do not drain. No toiletries.... need I say more. The positive comes from the restaurant, it was clean, the food was decent, and staff were nice.

The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable. There was a pool & restaurant but I dod not use. The airport shuttle guy was on time and very nice.

We had to call the front desk both nights of our stay because guests were out in the hall talking/screaming loudly past 10pm. And there was some international movie production team staying at the hotel. The guest next to us was up at 5am every morning taking speakerphone conference calls with someone in his home country and listening to music very loudly. I would not recommend this hotel!

Fine staff and rooms, close to airport
Excellent, friendly staff! Room was comfortable and spacious. Location near airport is great—many restaurants nearby. Though the property is close to the airport, room was not noisy.
