Front desk I arrived and they have me a handicapped room with no tub. They told me they were sold out and that couldn’t change it. Apparently their manager took it upon herself to change my room from a non handicapped to a handicapped after an 1/2 hour of arguing with them they finally switched my room. Very disappointing and exhausting
