Although the rooms themselves are clean and comfortable don't look at the dirt and bugs around your outside slider. The three biggest complaints are the thin walls and ability to hear EVERYTHING if you have a neighbor, the fact that the outside doors do not lock and have not been repaired, and although the lobby is nice the rest of the hotel is quite shabby.

Stay was terrible. We never got keys. The room had balaclava mold everywhere. The shower dident work properly, the tub leaked everywhere. Our room felt like a psych ward. When checking out they had no record of our stay yet billed my charge card.

No staff at the desk when I arrived. When they showed up, there was a line, and processing was very slow. Got hit with a $50 ā€˜depositā€™ for unexplained reasons. I have no confidence it will be refunded. The band in the night club played loud and late. Not much breakfast available, and what was there was unsparing. ā€¦ Otherwise it was ā€˜great!ā€™

No elevator. Couldnā€™t carry all my luggage up a flight of stairs. Had to request a first floor room instead. Inside door and one comforter had red stains. Ceiling was moldy. Curtain was ripped. Floor had sticky stuff all over it. Picture above bed had cracked glass. Didnā€™t feel safe there. šŸ™

Unfortunately, I will not stay at this location again. Neither would I recommend it. The property was not well kept: in the hallways for example, had a malodorous scent, had the appearance of uncleanliness, had carpet damage at multiple areas & the walls had multiple unrepaired sights of damage. In terms of the room, there was a dead roach, the sheet was stained, and the bathroom tube drainage plug had to physically be removed to drain the tube of water. In addition,I will just say the shower was not a site that would welcome a guest to take a shower. There should be better efforts taken to make the location hospitable as this is a business that is based in hospitality.

I stayed here overnight after the Big E. The rooms and lobby are recently renovated but the property still isnā€™t the nicest. It gives motel vibes. The room was ok, both beds had dirty looking sheets. One had black stains all over the top sheet. The bathroom wasnā€™t cleaned very well, there was hair on the shower wall, the vent above the tub was SO gross, and there was a mystery substance on the wall by the mirror. The beds were firm but comfortable. The pillows were half sized and not the best. It was ok for a quick overnight stay but I wouldnā€™t want to have been there longer.

overall the last time i was there to many kids screaming an making a mess around the desk receptionist area and running through the halls around 9pm to 11pm so it wasn't quiet. the towels need better cleaning and the room had gum an ants on the corner. more toilet paper would be great. breakfast was good šŸ‘ šŸ˜‹. exterior of the building an perimeter looks sketchy but once your inside its somewhat transformations make it more appealing

Rooms were nice for a day stay. Bathroom had some flies in it which was disappointing. Bed was comfortable. Horrible selection of cable channels, none for kids which again, was disappointing. Not a bad experience just.
