The property is situated just north of Hurstpierpoint Village in a rural area with easy access to the nearby A23. Surrounded by unspoilt countryside. The village provides a variety of amenities including local shops, award winning restaurants and gastro pubs.
There are golf clubs at Hurstpierpoint, Hassocks, Pyecombe, Ditchling and Haywards Heath.
Private entrance, secure key box. Private garden and patio area enjoying open views of the formal garden. Honesty bar. Ample free parking on the carriage driveway. Arrival after 2pm checkout by 11 am - later checkout by arrangement. Welcome basket of essentials can be arranged by request.

Formal Grounds of the main house are private. There are beautiful walks close by and a plethora of local gastro pubs serving great food along the way.

Beautiful country walks, close to picturesque villages of, Hurstpierpoint, Cuckfield, Ditchling and Ardingly. For the equestrian set, Hickstead National Showground is less than a 5 minutes drive.
Local train stations at Burgess Hill and Hassocks with direct rail services to central London within one hour. Brighton is a 20 minute drive or 10 minutes on the train from Hassocks.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, fridge and kettle. Tea, coffee, milk and sugar are complimentary. A portable 2 ring electric hob is available on request for guests wishing to cook their own breakfast or put together a light evening meal.
