Una casa estupenda
Quiero agradecer mucho la hospitalidad de Keyla porque gracias a disponer de un alojamiento tan cómodo, seguro y muy bien ubicado (al lado del Malecón) nuestros primeros días en Cuba y en la Habana fueron maravillosos. Los dueños son gente muy amable y atenta, ayuda con todas tus necesidades cuanto puedan. Los desayunos merecen una valoración aparte ya que son muy ricos y abandundantes. Las habitaciones son limpias y acogederas, hay aire acondicionado, ventilador, caja fuerte, todo funciona.100% recomendable para disfrutar de la Habana en un ambiente local.

This stay was one of the best during our trip to Cuba. Host is extremely helpful, considerate and kind. Very welcome place with good amenities. Location is very central and walking distance to old Havana. To be honest we were pretty much blown away by how welcomed they made us feel. Highly recommended

Hotel was terrible, I don’t understand the good reviews. I paid for 5 nights and walked away after one, loosing the rest of my stay. Room was extremely simple, bed was old, could feel the springs through the mattress. Breakfast consist is 3 pieces of bread, butter and jam. It is absolutely not the breakfast pictures (47, 48 and 49) you see in the ad with fruits, ham, etc. this is a LIE. If you want an egg, it is extra… and they don’t care. People are screaming from one floor to another. Hotel advertise (in the rooms) TV, there is none. TV is in the common room and you will watch what the staff wants to watch. On pictures (17, 20, 42) you will see a fridge, there is none in the room. Internet is only switch on 1 hour in the evening and 1 in the morning and was too slow to even connect. Final blow, bad attitude staff (in picture 26) accused me of using ALL the internet while I was not even connected, I took my luggages and left.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette chambre. Notre hôtesse nous a très bien reçus et guidés car nous ne connaissions pas le fonctionnement de La Havanne. Et on a eu des super petits déjeuners !

Der Aufenthalt war wunderbar, auch weil wir uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt haben in dieser Casa Particular. Alles war super sauber und wenn wir ein Problem hatten, welcher Art auch immer, wurde uns geholfen. Getoppt wurde alles noch durch das wunderbare Frühstück.
