Getting there
From Haverfordwest
If arriving from Carmarthen on the A40, please follow the signs to Fishguard at the roundabouts and continue on the A40 travelling towards Fishguard.
After approx. 8 miles, there is a crossroads after the village of Wolf’s Castle. Turn left at the crossroads towards Welsh Hook.
Follow the road, going through the village of Welsh Hook and under the railway bridge. Cross a small bridge over the Western Cleddau River and pass a church on the left hand side, St Lawrence Church. Follow the road up an incline and then, as the road levels off, there is a lane on the left. On your right, just after this lane, there is a bridle path sign and there should be a black metal sign stating “Stonehall Mill Cottage” on a painted wall.
There is a wooden gate at the entrance, with a driveway which leads up to a garage and the cottage is set back in its own grounds.
