When I checked in, my room wasn’t clean. I was checked in at 3:30pm and had to wait an additional hour & a half to get back into my room. Despite cleaning my room, they forgot to check my fridge. I was going to put my bottled water in there but there was old bananas that turned black and old yogurt. I told the cleaning lady Saturday and Sunday and nobody came to clean my fridge! Overall bad experience for me! It’s like your staff don’t care! Even when I told the front desk manager she didn’t care!

This property is in dire need of maintenance. I told my kids not to lean on the bathroom counter for fear that it would fall off the wall.

We booked an accessible room and did not receive one. One member of the group was algeric to pets and we received a pet room. We asked to change rooms, but the hotel staff were unhelpful. Stay at a different hotel.

Dont be scared from the outside, comfy rooms!
Was a bit nervous as we walked in, was definitely needing some updating. Fisrt room was being renovated so I was a bit scared to open the next room they gave us. I have to say, it was one of the more cleaner and confortable rooms we have had on our trip. Renovation is in progress, dont let the outside fool you, breakfast was good and room was very clean.

Good stay after being on the Missouri River.
Business rooms under renovation. Rooms were clean but somethings need repair (Shower curtain slide down curvy rod as wall holders rotated under the weight of the curtain and rod) resulting in shower water on the bathroom floor. Nighttime door latch was broken on entry door. Rooms were clean and lots of towels.

The hotel is under renovation- our rooms had new vinyl flooring & bathrooms were clean & nice towels. No table & desk chairs were broken & vinyl was cracked. The breakfast trays were empty and there was an hour left before breakfast was done
